At Doon Winner, we strive to provide high-quality educational services to our students. We understand that there may be situations where students need to cancel their enrollment in CBSE or NIOS batches. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully before making any payments.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation by the Student: If a student wishes to cancel their enrollment in a CBSE or NIOS batch, they must notify us via email or in writing as soon as possible.
Cancellation Period: Doon Winner will not consider the cancellation request after 7 days of enrollment.
Refund Eligibility: We regret to inform you that we do not have a refund policy for cancellations of batches or services provided through our website, including CBSE and NIOS batches.
Refund Policy:
No Refunds: Please note that Doon Winner does not offer refunds for any cancellations on CBSE or NIOS batches, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
Exceptions: In exceptional cases, where Doon Winner is unable to commence a batch as scheduled, we will either reschedule the batch or offer an alternative service, but we do not provide refunds.
Non-Attendance: Non-attendance in a batch or failure to access the provided services due to any reasons, including technical issues, does not qualify for any refund.
